A robust, easy-to-use panel for manually starting and stopping water pumps and motors — while continuously monitoring electrical parameters and protecting the motor against abnormal operating conditions.

Tank-to-Tank Automatic Controller

Automates water transfer between a source tank and a destination tank with intelligent level-based pump control. No manual monitoring. No unnecessary pump operation. No tank overflow.

Suitable for: Residential houses, bungalows, apartments, high-rise & commercial buildings.

  • Fully automatic operation — starts and stops the transfer pump according to the destination tank's water level.
  • Dual tank monitoring — watches both the source and destination tank for safe, reliable transfer.
  • Dry-run & overflow protection — stops the pump if the source runs low, or once the destination is full.

Borewell Pump Control & Protection Panel

A reliable automatic control panel for borewell and submersible pumps, providing scheduled ON/OFF operation with comprehensive electrical and motor protection. The pump runs on a programmed ON TIME / OFF TIME cycle, with an upper-tank level sensor completing the control loop.

  • Timer-based automatic operation — set the ON TIME and OFF TIME; the controller runs the cycle automatically.
  • Upper tank sensor included — works alongside the programmed timer for reliable, predictable filling.
  • Complete pump protection — overload, short-circuit and dry-run / low-current protection.
  • Manual mode — direct START / STOP control for maintenance, testing and commissioning.

  • Live current & voltage monitoring — see actual amps and volts on your phone.
  • Configurable protection thresholds — set limits from the app, or use Auto-Detect Thresholds.
  • Offline alert — notified the moment the panel stops responding.

Protection logic and technical specifications are unchanged from Product 01 — the app adds remote visibility and control on top of the same panel.

Everything in the Tank-to-Tank Automatic Controller, connected to the AquaControl app — both tank levels visible on a phone, with the option to step in remotely.

  • Live tank levels — overhead and underground tank percentage, updated on your phone.
  • Auto / Manual switch from the app — change modes without a trip to the panel.
  • Remote override — turn the transfer pump ON or OFF directly from the app.
  • Multi-user access — add household or society members with their own access.

Everything in the Borewell Pump Control & Protection Panel, connected to the AquaControl app — check status and step in remotely, without a trip to the borewell.

  • Remote status check — see whether the pump is running and whether the panel is online.
  • Remote Start / Stop — override the timer schedule directly from the app when needed.
  • Offline alert — notified the moment the panel stops responding.
  • Activity log — see when the pump ran, for how long, and who triggered a manual change.

Timer control and technical specifications are unchanged from Product 03 — the app adds remote visibility and control on top of the same panel.

Installation & Operation Guide

Up and running in six steps

The wiring, keypad and setup steps below apply to the Manual Panel (Product 01) and the Borewell Timer Panel (Product 03) — both share the same physical panel, keypad and display.

Mount the panel

Mount the panel securely on the wall, at a location convenient for viewing the display and operating the keypad.

Turn OFF main power

Turn OFF the main power supply before wiring — never wire a live panel.

Open the panel

Open the panel to access the terminal block.

Connect motor & supply

Connect the Motor and Power Supply to the correct terminals as shown in the wiring diagram below.

Switch ON

Switch ON the power supply once every connection is double-checked.

Ready to operate

The system is now ready for operation — press ON to start the motor.

Recommended

Auto Mode

In Auto Mode, the controller automatically learns and sets:

  • ✅ Overload (OL) Current
  • ✅ Dry Run (DR) Current

No manual calibration is required.

Manual Mode

1. Press & hold OL or DR until 0000 appears on the display.
2. Press OL to set Overload, or DR to set Dry Run current.
3. Use UP Arrow 1 to change the value before the decimal point.
4. Use UP Arrow 2 to change the value after the decimal point.
5. Wait a few seconds — the controller automatically saves your setting.
